Colorbond Fencing Information

 

• We only build Colorbond Fencing & Colorbond Gates in Sydney.​

 

• We only use Genuine Colorbond (Bluescope Steel) material which has laser insignia on each panel.​

​

• ​All Colours are the Same Cost & choosing a different colour framing to the sheeting is the same cost.

​

• We can Double Sheet the New Fence or Lattice, making different coloured sheeting on either side. The framing (Posts & Rails) will be the same colour on both sides. 

 

• On Average the Time it will take to build a New Colorbond Side Fence, 30m in length & demolish / removal of the existing fencing, approximately 1 to 2.5 days to complete.​​

 

• Every Colorbond Post is set 600mm deep into the soil and at least a full 20 kg Bag of Concrete is used for each hole.​

 

• We can build Colorbond Fencing 2.4m in height.​

 

• A Treated Pine Timber Sleeper Retaining Wall will be needed if your ground level height is different to the neighbouring property. It is built directly beneath the New Colorbond Fence. The Pine is H4 standard & treated with Copper Chrome Arsenate.

• ​​A Pool Fence must be 1.2m in height above the ground & have no more than 10cm gap between the bottom of the fence & the ground. A Pool Gate must be self closing & open away from the Pool area. (Your local Council may have different Height Requirements).

 

• The Fencing Quote we send is a fixed quote for the given dimensions, the only additional charges could be if a Retaining Wall, Concrete Core Drilling or Cutting of Foliage is required. Or if Large Rock/Root is found beneath the ground.

 

• ​If you are happy to proceed with our quote. We can arrange a visit to confirm any additional charges, colour choice, sheeting profile & give an estimated starting date.​

 

• The Starting Date is subject to the weather & completion of work booked in prior to yours.​

 

• SWMS, MSDS, site specific risk assessments, description of work & safety fencing for construction sites are available on request.

 

• Cash is our preferred method of payment. We also except an electronic bank transfer.​
